Job description

Tasks & Responsibilities: • Manage account relationships for large and medium customers to ensure excellent customer service is provided • Support annual sales and profit goals for large and medium customers • Respond to logistical issues and questions; create innovative and profitable solutions • Assist in product development efforts based on requirements of large and medium customers • Determine rates and tariffs as well as establish and negotiate contracts • Maintain relationships with other departments to ensure continual and consistent service is provided • Strategically partner with other departments, including Sales, to ensure continual and consistent service is provided • Partner with other sales professionals to orchestrate account sales strategyDetails/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills • This is a sales management position. • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. • Generally prefer 3-5 years of related sales or management experience. • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of domestic and international cargo operations required. • Must demonstrate working knowledge of accounting, logistics, pricing, and informational technology.
