Select Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing commercial insurance policies, endorsements and certificates. Gather and very accurate information from clients,underwriters, and other sources to complete insurance applications and documents. Maintain accurate and up to date client records in EPIC. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders via phone, email and written correspondence. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner. Prepare and assemble insurance documents, including policy summaries, invoices, endorsements for distribution to clients. Assist in the processing of claims by gathering necessary information, supporting documentation, and coordinating with claims adjusters.' Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings and business development activities. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices. Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings.Qualifications:
Must have an active Property & Casualty license. High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education in insurance, business, or related field is plus. 3+ years experience in a retail insurance agency, particularly in commercial lines insurance. Ability to understand insurance policies, coverage's and industry terminology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with complex information and documents. Proficient computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite and Epic agency management software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude to build positive relationships with clients and colleague#LI-DM1
