Job Description Account Management: Act as a day-to-day contact for client, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client’s business, industry trends and competitive landscape Manage client expectations effectively and proactively communicate with clients to provide daily/weekly program updates, schedules, and contact reports Collect, organize and analyze program data and develop program recaps to be presented to the client Ability to apply and implement shared learnings across multiple business units Closely track timelines, budget tracking and allocations, developing databases, and writing training manuals or other client materials as needed Expert in contributing to and developing complex presentations Actively leads and participates in internal meetings, responsible for providing status updates on key deliverables while demonstrating thought leadership Regularly makes recommendations to account lead(s) on how to optimize systems and procedures cross agency Drive local team culture. Highlight team successes, drive support for local initiatives across the agency team and with local client and distributor partners Represent the agency professionally at meetings or conferences Effectively motivates and manages teams assigned to tasks Field Team Leadership Leads team of Regional Managers overseeing multi-state team of Retail Merchandisers tasked with driving commercial success for bev-alc portfolio in the off-premise Use data & insights to develop activation strategies that maximize drive commercial results for client portfolio Works cross functionally with Planning & Measurement and Field Management teams to ensure program goals are effectively translated and executed Deliver best in class educational support including the development of educational platforms & training materials in addition to the planning and execution of live and digital sessions

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field REQUIRED: 3-5 years of prior field marketing or program leadership experience Travel - 5%-10% Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups Must be a self-starter and nimble multi-tasker, able to handle complex projects High level of detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Expertise in using MS Office software, Macintosh and Internet research tools

Additional Information The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000 and $100,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
