Assist a respective Human Resources team in the administration of Talent Management deliverables.Monitor and approve transactions in the HRIS portal (Workday) for team. Maintain detailed accounts of all compensation plans. Oversee new hire onboarding processes for all positions, including communications to new hires and business. Create reporting on human capital metrics.Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, HR-related preferred.1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources.HRIS experience (Workday preferred).Must possess a superior level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Superior Excel and Word skills are absolutely crucial. Must be extremely detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.Benefits
