Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee our residential and multi-family exterior remodeling and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to completion
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimating and tracking
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and potential risks
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites
  • Mentor and train junior staff members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering desired, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Construction Management
  • Construction Manager certification by the American Institute of Constructors or Construction Management Association of America preferred
  • Excellent process engineering capabilities and all supporting tools/workflow/follow-through
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate
  • Experience with budget development and oversight
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe
