As a Process Engineer, you'll assist the Engineering Manager with equipment troubleshooting, optimization, and capital projects. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining their high standards of efficiency and quality in the manufacturing processes. Enjoy excellent work hours on the day shift (40-45 hours per week), along with full health benefits, a 401K plan, and paid overtime.  Salary: $85-$95k Highlighted Duties: 
  • Minimize Equipment Downtime: Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize Equipment: Lead efforts to improve equipment performance.
  • Support Capital Projects: Assist with the implementation and management of new equipment projects.
  • Develop Standard Work Instructions: Create clear and concise guidelines for operations.
  • Train Staff: Educate operators and maintenance personnel on equipment use and best practices.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and cut costs.
  • Support New Product Integration: Work with program management to introduce and integrate new products into the production line.
 Highlighted Requirements: 
  • Education: At least an Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment (internship experience qualifies).
  • Hands-on knowledge of plant engineering processes.
  • CNC programming experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with robotics and/or PLC troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven processes.
