We are looking for an Account Manager in Boston. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to drive customer renewals and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will drive customer engagement and adoption throughout the customer lifecycle, prioritizing activities and outreach based on account health and operational data. Working closely with Sales and Customer Support you’ll use your product expertise and consultative skills to provide a superior customer experience.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
Requirements
Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or relevant client facing role Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) a plus. Have a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and key recruitment objectives within enterprise level businesses. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Consultative approach when working with customers/clients and ability to focus on the long term partnership goal Experience working with enterprise level customers with complex and lengthy internal processes Track record of building strategic relationships within key accounts to expand reach and develop new business Solid experience with CRM software ( Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills This is a Massachusetts based role
