As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with sourcers and engineering leaders to define the hiring needs of the company. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril' s world class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small.

Position is open to 6-month Contract employment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate managementConduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratiosEngage passive candidates using Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaignsDrive diverse talent into the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpointBuild talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategyRepresent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externallyLeverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value proposition

CORE REQUIREMENTS

5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles & engaging top tier talent5+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progressExperience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes, and a positive candidate experience, while earning the respect of your peers and clientsClear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organizationExperience managing various funnels of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment processAre self-sufficient and are able to work with little direct supervision

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environmentIdeally worked with hiring cleared talent in the defense industryExperience recruiting for electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, mechanical engineers, or technicians

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
