Flawless Steel Welding is a certified AISC Fabricator and Erector. We are looking for a Sr. Project Managers/point person in charge of a specific project or project within an organization. The project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.

General Responsibilities:

Verify contract scopes, drawings, specs, and addendums for accuracy, as necessary, work closely with General Contractors on moving the project forward in the steel fabrication at the shop, and coordinate the on-field erection of the steel, and ensure that projects are completed on time.
·     Coordinating with the Detailing Team to monitor the progress of drawings.

·     Manages projects from the award through detailing, fabrication, and erection.

·     Identifying, requesting, and following up on required information from Architects and Engineers.
·     Coordinating with other trades, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

·     Scheduling production delivery of materials and overseeing erection.

·     Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team.

·     Resolving Jobsite problems.

·     Pricing and issuing change order requests and negotiating change orders with General Contractors, Construction Managers, or Owners.
·     Working with accounting on job cost estimates and other financial matters.

·     Issuing closeout documents.

·     Developing and maintaining client relationships.

·     Submit & follow up on Transmittals.

·     Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise

·     Knowledge of TeklaPower Fab Bluebeam Software is a must
 
Authority:

The Project Manager has the authority to write down change orders and submit them, start and stop production and field processes as needed to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
