Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a passion for leading projects from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and change orders.
  • Manage all aspects of project documentation, including project logs, meeting minutes, and closeout details.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent updates on project cost, schedule, and risks.
  • Work closely with the superintendent and foreman to create and maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
