ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following reflects Management’s definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time for business purposes.

• Call and/or make email contact with credible agents and agencies throughout the United States that broker Senior Health Insurance Products.

• Effectively communicate to these parties the Carriers and products of key focus to our organization.

• Educate these individuals and organizations on the value of our products and services; and engage them as representatives as such.

• Procure signed contracting from these organizations and/or agents establishing a financial relationship with a commitment to selling our products.

• Ensure support with necessary certification or product orders as needed to facilitate sales. Maintain contact and develop the relationship to facilitate more production.

• Adhere to weekly call and contracting goals and be accountable for such.

• Continuously work to increase skills, abilities, and product knowledge. Be affluent in understanding the Senior Health Insurance Industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma

• Must have previous Medicare industry/market experience

• Bilingual - English and Spanish

• Excellent phone skills and general communication skills

• Ability to learn and understand multiple Carrier differences and advantages

• Drive to work consistently to meet weekly goals for financial success

• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills needed

• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email programs

• Ability to learn/use proprietary CRM and other applications as needed

• Ability to self-motivate

LOCATION - This position will be full-time in our Tampa, FL office; this is not a remote position
