We’re seeking a high-energy and enthusiastic  executive communications manager  to join our team. As a member of the Executive Communications team, you will help our Senior Vice President of Americas Enterprise Sales and his leadership team engage and inform audiences both outside and inside the company. You will prepare content to be shared with our sales team in the field, and social and other content to be delivered to external audiences. Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications, working with executives and sales, and possess exceptional writing, editing and verbal communications skills. High attention to detail, planning and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure under pressure is essential. This position reports to the senior director of global communications.

Responsibilities   

Be the point person for supporting the development and delivery of Go-to-Market (GTM) communications.  Work across the GTM organization to create, own and deliver quarterly internal comms plans.  Drive strategic customer and internal communications.  Develop and execute social media strategies to increase Juniper's visibility and engagement across key platforms, including LinkedIn and relevant industry forums. Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends, and actively participate in discussions to enhance Juniper's thought leadership.  Manage content, talking points and create PPT presentations for SVP speaking engagements.  Source, plan and produce content (news, big wins, stories, etc.) for GTM newsletters including GTM-wide emails, articles, videos, Q&As, blogs and interactive forums.  Work closely with senior executives and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for thought leadership positioning. Develop and refine key messages and talking points for executive presentations, interviews, and speaking engagements at industry conferences and events.  Assist with the annual Employee Communications survey and focus groups.  Brainstorm and research ideas to help craft original content and engage Juniper employees (known as “Junivators”), whether it’s aligning them with our vision, connecting them to our mission, deepening understanding of our strategy or creating amazing employee experiences. Support the global communications team with content, campaigns and events, as they arise and based on organizational priorities. Assist with managing internal communication processes, policies, procedures and templates. Track and measure success. 

Requirements  

BA/BS degree in communications or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent work experience in communications.  Exceptional writing, top-notch editing and excellent verbal communications skills. Able to present well to senior leaders and to collaborate with them and their teams effectively and efficiently.  Ability to think critically about information and issues to solve problems and deliver customer success effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills to build relationships across functions and GEOs.  Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, unsupervised, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for communications, sales and technology.  Self-motivated, resourceful, results driven and deadline oriented.

Minimum Salary: $108,750.00

Maximum Salary:$166,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,750.00 and $166,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
