What our firm is looking for: We are looking for experienced financial advisors (4+ years of experience) who are at/above $100m in fee-based AUM or are showing an ability to get there. Do you possess a Financial Advisor background with a well-established client portfolio but find yourself dissatisfied with your current firm? Then we want to talk to you

We will provide you with qualified leads that advertise locally on your behalf to make you that SUPER STAR Financial Advisor to your community. Do you currently have a non-compete and/or non-solicitation agreement? Not a problem We will work with you. To succeed, you will need to also possess the ability to listen and communicate effectively, work well in a team-oriented environment, and take pride both in your work and in helping others.  The highest level of ethical standards is a must.

 

  • Salary Range- $100,000+ per year depending on the advisor's current AUM.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in an RIA/Boutique firm
  • 4+ years of experience with HNW/UHNW clients 
  • FINRA license 6, 7, 63, 66 (or 65) and L&H Required
  • Managing a transferable book of business with a min of $20M in AUM. 
  • Competitive yet collaborative personality. We want advisors/fiduciaries who are passionate about serving their clients and growing their book by working with various subject matter experts within our community of advisors and growth partners.
  • Clean U4/U5
  • Wants to work remotely (however, local office(s) can be arranged if the advisor does not want to work on a remote basis).
