Key Responsibilities for the Teller-Member Service Representative:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Achieve performance targets related to service excellence and transaction accuracy.
  • Process transactions with accuracy and handle cash responsibly.
  • Follow all operational and security protocols to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency are essential.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous; cash handling experience is a plus.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
