KPMG is currently seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Support account team in defining and executing account strategy for targets, existing clients, and proposal opportunitiesCollaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of corporate compliance engagements, including the data and technology strategy to be deployed Identify, plan, and execute on year over year continuous improvement, including the identification of pull through and value add servicesShare leading practices, market trends, and client feedback to enhance processes, technologies, and overall client service delivery with peers and broader Tax practiceMaintain deep understanding of standard processes, resources available, and the supporting technology solutions

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; build and manage client relationships; team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent tax or accounting experience with strong interest in process and technologyBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher), in addition to others on KPMG’s approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; strong organizational and delegation skillsAbility to work in a national/international teaming environment, work remotely with other team membersWork self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight

Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:

Minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience; experience mentoring and counseling staff/senior level team members
