As a CDP, have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to build on your skills as a cook and learn more about our cuisine. You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity. You will be responsible for the complete set up, including all mise en place, of your station. This is a position that will grow you as a chef and teach you how to succeed and excel in this career path.


Job Requirements include:

  • Must have your own SHARP knives
  • Train and teach the line cooks on your station
  • Demonstrate an ability to efficiently execute all prep assignments and execute service with excellence.
  • Consistently ensure that station remains clean and organized.
  • Communicates effectively with the kitchen team and embodies an environment of team work.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Follow a daily prep list

 

  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Being detail oriented and organized
  • Working cleanly, efficiently and quickly.
  • Reporting equipment repair and maintenance to chefs immediately
  • Report when food items are running low
  • The desire to learn and grow
  • The ability to analyze and problem solve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants should have at least 3 years of kitchen experience in a high pace environment, but we are willing to train the right person
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual
  • Great attitude, respectful and a team player
  • Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must have a sense of urgency
