Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification 3+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership Professional Engineering License Able to create unified user experiences throughout a given application Experienced with developing and orchestrating usability studies and addressing discovered issues Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis & functional allocation Conduct system requirements reviews Develop concepts of operation & interface standards Develop system architectures Perform technical and nontechnical assessment & management End-to-end flow analysis Generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry Experience leading baseline definition and maturation in a complex development setting, including the use of high impact trade studies and other measures Thorough understanding of establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM)

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
