Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Quantech Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division at Lackland AFB, TX. As a key member of our team, you will apply your expertise in system engineering to the acquisition process, ensuring the development of complex, integrated environments that support our organization's IT and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of program portfolios to evaluate and recommend alternative plans, improve systems engineering programs/processes, and manage/sustain program technical baseline.
  • Perform program reviews to evaluate alternative proposed plans, systems engineering programs, design, and test results to ensure subsystem and system performance meets program specifications.
  • Prepare technical documents that define, specify, and recommend system/subsystem characteristics, as well as management reports and technical presentations for planning, implementation, and corrective action.
  • Validate systems, including development of criteria and procedures, and analyze/evaluate results of major engineering systems.
  • Provide system/program engineering, technical support, and technical training to support programs/initiatives, including acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, continued evolution, deployment/fielding, and operations oversight.
  • Implement Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, and Digital Twin techniques across system lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience providing engineering support to product-based acquisition and fielding efforts.
  • Possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline.
  • MA/MS with 12 years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD or BA/BS with 15 Yrs exp and 5 in DoD.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations. Security clearance required. Travel: 0-10%.
