We need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be directly responsible for leading programs focused on AI business planning, including building and modeling financial forecasts, performing detailed and deep analysis, developing automated dashboards to highlight core business metrics, and identifying ways to use analytics to solve the most difficult business operations challenges.
This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or program management, preferably with finance experience Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level A high degree of organization and ability to handle multiple contending priorities Ability to work independently and propose solutions Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Highly proficient in Excel (. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros) Direct experience development analytics dashboards, and other automated tools to provide business data Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and ConfluenceCareer Level - IC4

Provide program and project management expertise to sophisticated business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and partners Establish relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
