This role reports to the General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management Process digital campaign orders, manage digital ad inventory, and oversee successful execution of all phases of digital ad orders. Monitor, analyze, and optimize online advertising performance from insertion order to post-completion. Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and communicate effectively with the creative team. Client and Team Collaboration Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring all commitments are delivered. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Work directly with clients and the sales team to execute integrated marketing plans and provide detailed client service. Strategic and Creative Support Prepare strategic PowerPoint proposals based on customer needs. Participate in digital training meetings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Assist in creative and strategic packaging of digital solutions and participate in client-facing opportunities with the DSM or AEs. Technical Proficiency Build, traffic, and schedule advertising creative. Provide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns. Utilize advanced knowledge of DFP and Google Analytics to support campaign performance and reporting.Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in online advertising trafficking, sales coordination/planning, or a related field. Proficiency in DFP and Google Analytics. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed client expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Strong teamwork skills and a self-starter mentality. Extreme attention to detail and time management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-person attendance is required.Diversity Statement
