Role: Information Security Specialist Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. Monitor security events and logs for signs of unauthorized access or breaches, and respond to security incidents with appropriate measures. Advise on and implement cybersecurity technologies and controls to protect systems and data. Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs to educate employees on security best practices and threat prevention. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on information security. Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, demonstrating expertise in developing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident responses. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, encryption technologies, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security software/tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential security threats. Proficient level of English to effectively communicate security policies and procedures across the organization. Adaptability to new cultural and professional environments, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends. Visa processing fees apply.
