Main responsibilities include: Ensure proper training and supervision of all food & beverage crew in order to provide a memorable guest experience to all guests. Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operations of the Stars Restaurant, Purser’s Pub, Room Service, and Banquets. Maintains detailed familiarity with all restaurant menu items, specials, beverages, etc. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Passionate about developing the crew: coordinates selection, training, development, coaching and evaluations. Sets and maintains high standards of service for all crew members. Manages all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Thrives in a changing business environment and leads the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the business.
