Job Description:


Coordinator Laboratory Office

Coordinates day to day clerical activities in the Lab office and oversees tasks to insure completion

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision Displays high attention to critical details and accuracy Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location Demonstrates a general knowledge and proficiency in compliance laws, phlebotomy, medical laboratory terminology, and safety precautions Must have legible handwriting Working knowledge of, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel software

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE
One (1) year experience in phlebotomy preferred Breathe Alcohol Technician Trainer training, or obtain within six months Drug Test Collector (urine) Trainer training, or obtain within six months
