As a Coordinator of A&R at 5020 Records: 

What you'll do:

Production:

Manage full cycle of Release Planning Calendar deliverables.Track music production and assets delivery to production team.Coordinate audio/video assets in collaboration with producers, engineers, video companies for production team approval.Create and submit Label Copies for Video and Audio Assets in FLOW system as needed.Review and transcribe lyrics on upcoming releases.Lead new catalogue acquisition process.Support supervisor with Producer and Dealing points agreements.

Artist Support:

Arrange all pertinent travel itineraries during songwriting camps (Artist, producer, writers).Coordinate catering services for camps and events.Assist with BTA expense reconciliation.Facilitate and support Latin Grammy/Grammy award submissions.

Payments:

Generate and process PO#s for payments (intercompany and vendor management).Register new vendors in the Sony Music Console system.Track budgets and payments for Artist Recordings and Video.Manage T&E expense processing as needed.

Video Department:

Coordinate video contracts for Officials Videos and Work for Hire Agreements.Manage music production company hard drives.Support blanket process creation and payment processes.

Who you are:

5+ years of substantial experience in a coordinator or admin supporting a capacity.Fluent in English and Spanish. (Verbal and written).Effective Spanish and English communication skills. (Written and verbal).Flexible to work off-hours, as needed.Strong work ethic and positive attitude.Music industry experience is preferred.Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, flexible, and responsive to the needs of the team and leadership.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Ability to keep information highly confidential and to use discretion.Demonstrated ability to manage projects with excellence.Strong attention to detail.BA degree is preferred not required.
