Ready Mix Sales Manager

Job Description:
As a Ready Mix Sales Manager at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the ready mix concrete industry, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and market growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage key accounts, including building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the ready mix concrete or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of ready mix concrete products and applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
