THE VITAL HELP THAT YOU'LL PROVIDE

You'll have a flexible schedule, either full-time or part-time, totaling a minimum of 30 hours per week. Typically, you'll work:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:45 PM AND 2:00 PM - 6:45 PM
  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 6:45 PM
  • No Fridays

As our Chiropractic Front Desk Admin, you will be the welcoming face of True Source Chiropractic, greeting and ensuring our patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. You'll manage patient check-ins and check-outs, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously. Your responsibilities will include accurate billing and insurance processing, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records with precision and confidentiality. Additionally, you'll support the chiropractic team with various administrative tasks and special projects, playing a crucial role in providing an excellent patient experience and contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and/or weekend events
  • A drive to grow and succeed

Being friendly and great at multi-tasking is desirable, as well as the ability to travel for team trainings a few times per year. Having 2 years of front desk experience, a history of working for a small business, and proficiency with the Platinum EHR system would be a huge plus. However, we're willing to train the right candidate for this entry-level Chiropractic Front Desk Admin role
