We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely care
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, including participating in marketing opportunities and educating patients on wellness offerings
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Work cohesively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
