Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must have great attention to detail Must be able to conduct gate access control, visitor management, walking vision patrols, completing vision reports, transferring phone calls, and verifying identification of visitors  Must be comfortable wearing PPE (lab coats, hair nets, boot covers, steel toe shoes) Driver Certification / valid Drivers License required due to mobile and foot patrols
