Job Overview
First Coast Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment to prevent losses and damage
  • Report irregularities and inform/enforce violators of policy and procedures
  • Provide crowd control for emergencies, such as medical/fire/disasters
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Inspect and patrol premises regularly
  • Monitor property's entrance/exits
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows
  • Monitor surveillance cameras
  • Respond to alarms/emergencies/suspicious activities in a timely manner
  • Provide aid to people in need


Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License
  • Must be able to obtain an ASHI Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check, and background check
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak fluent English
