Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform standard office duties such as the production of general office written or electronic correspondence. Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, briefing charts and other documents Coordinates activities of various departments or workers within the department Perform assigned company onboarding / offboarding activities for all employees at the local office Coordinate with client representatives to ensure they have the required information for personnel coming onto and leaving the contracts supported by the local office Coordinate with client representatives to ensure CAC and GFE for all employees and subcontractors are expediently obtained from or turned in to client representatives Manage and organize office operations, including but not limited to auditing expense reports, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services Procure items and services as needed and properly and expeditiously accomplish the associated expense reporting Screen visitors, phone calls, emails, and physical mail and handle follow-up tasks accordingly Support/participate in regularly scheduled meetings including taking minutes, recording and tracking action items. Maintain and housekeep local office Teams site Organize special events Organize team offsite meetings and associated logistics, including booking hotel blocks, managing offsite technology needs, meal planning, etc., as requested or where required Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager Qualifications

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
