Position Overview:

As the Lead Customer Service Representative (Sales Manager), you will be responsible for driving membership sales, overseeing the performance of your sales team, and ensuring that each member's experience is exceptional.
This role is key to achieving our revenue goals and continuing the growth of our business.
You will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and close deals in a high-energy environment that rewards results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals for membership enrollments, supplements, apparel, and promotional contests.
- Lead by Example: Be the subject matter expert on all sales processes and systems, driving success for both you and your team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all members and prospects feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
- Closing Deals: Use your sales expertise to guide prospects through the enrollment process, converting leads into lifelong members.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor your team to reach their full potential, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment.
- Track & Analyze: Regularly monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance results.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members and prospects, promoting the P2P brand through excellent customer service and community outreach.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven success in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Leadership experience, with a passion for motivating and driving a sales team to success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency with sales tracking systems, email, and social media.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks, while focusing on achieving sales goals.
- Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Demands:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional weekends are required.

Work Schedule:

- A flexible work schedule is required, with availability for evenings and weekends.
- End-of-month availability is required to ensure successful closeout of monthly sales quotas.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly pay with bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Free membership with one free family add-on after 90 days (must live in the same household).
- Paid Vacation accruals for full-time employees.
- Paid Sick Time: 40 hours.
