BASE + INCENTIVES (COMMISSION, BONUSES):

Paid training.  Earn salary for six months while preparing for success as a Honda Brand Consultant through Honda University.  Access our BEST-IN-CLASS training, on-demand 24/7/365 via Desktop, Phone, or Tablet, for you to progress through at your own pace.
After three weeks, you pair with a Senior level mentor before launching into your sales career at Scott Honda.  Earn incentives based on each vehicle sold, vehicle purchased, your longevity with the company, and more.

Grow with our company, as you advance through Honda’s four achievement levels, accelerating your sales career and income to reach Council of Sales Leadership Platinum Level Sales Professional.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Self-motivated to reach monthly goals, and earn award-winning customer survey metrics.
  2. Produce opportunities from daily CRM tasks (leads, phone-ups) and follow-up processes in the Business Development Center.
  3. Aim for mastery in three Honda performance areas: sales volume, customer satisfaction, and completion of all required courses through Honda University.
  4. Take ownership, and expedite, the preparation of paperwork for the Finance and Accounting Departments, at the same time, attentively preparing the vehicle through Reconditioning and Detail Departments.

REQUIRED: Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
