Compensation and Benefits:

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Self-motivated to reach monthly goals and earn award-winning customer survey metrics.
  2. Produce opportunities from daily CRM tasks and follow-up processes in the Business Development Center.
  3. Aim for mastery in three Honda performance areas: sales volume, customer satisfaction, and completion of all required courses through Honda University.
  4. Take ownership and expedite the preparation of paperwork for the Finance and Accounting Departments, while attentively preparing the vehicle through Reconditioning and Detail Departments.
Requirements:

Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
