Retirement Plan Administration Consulting Associate

We are currently seeking to add a Retirement Plan Associate to our growing team.
What you will do:
Review annual data submitted by Plan Sponsors (wages, hours, compliance questionnaire, etc.) Review and interpret the plan document. Prepare optimum annual contribution allocations/outcomes. Follow task related projects via Pension Pro dashboard. Review reconciled trust accounts performed by internal trust accounting team. Review Form 5500 EZ for completeness. Answer basic plan questions from plan sponsors and financial advisors. Consult with Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors about the plan termination process. General understanding of qualified plan compliance according to ERISA, IRS/DOL is helpful.What you will have:
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Professional designation with ASPPA and/or NIPA helpful but not needed. Prior experience within the financial industry (retirement areas specifically) helpful. Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and distill key items. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.Compensation:The hourly range for this role is $24.00- $26.00 plus competitive performance-based variable compensation. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
