The SeniorSales Enablement Specialist for Data IntegrationRole

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Technical Sales Enablement Specialist for Data Integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage Qlik’s emerging technology from our Data Business Unit with a focus on Data Products for trusted data consumption and supporting the Sales organization’s AI workloads to drive sales growth, sales productivity, and reference cases using Qlik’s technology. Additionally, you will be a part of a team that creates engaging and scalable technical sales enablement for Qlik’s Solution Consulting (PreSales) sales teams and Qlik’s Partner Solution Consulting role toshowcase the capabilities of Qlik.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Data Integration advancements, crafting data products and delivering quality datasets for AI workloads.

This is an individual contributor role who will work closely with Qlik’s Data Business Unit Product Management organization and will report to the Global Technical Enablement Manager of Sales Enablement.

Data Integration and Management: Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and trusted data consumption for Qlik’s Sales organization. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Data Integration with a strong focus on AI and supporting AI workloads. Data Analysis: Collaborate with sales leadership to understand data needs and partner with the Technical Sales Enablement Specialist for Analytics. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all sales Data Products. System Optimization: Work with IT and other departments to optimize data systems and tools to support sales activities. Identify and implement improvements to enhance data accessibility and usability for the sales organization. Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Qlik Learning, and other business partners to create blended learning experiences including engaging and impactful eLearning courses, recorded on demand videos, and technical demo kits for Partners to showcase solutions. Inspire: Create a strong culture and environment where our people can thrive and feel empowered by focusing on innovation.

Understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions. Strong communication and time management skills Key attention to detail and has a high standard for the quality of their work. Someone who is innovative, brings learning best practices and eager to be a part of a growing strategic enablement team.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration, data management, or a similar role. Easily develops partnerships and builds trust and credibility with cross-functional partners and sales professionals / sales leaders

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $108,960.00 USD MIN –$ 136,190.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational offers a comprehensive benefits package.
