Buscamos Community Manager para trabajar con el departamento de Mercadeo de WebFindYou y otros equipos internos.

Descripción del cargo:

El Community Manager trabajará, directamente, con el equipo de Marketing en diversas funciones destinadas a impulsar la visibilidad y posicionamiento de los clientes y la marca. Nuestro candidato ideal es un profesional extremadamente organizado y alguien dispuesto a adaptarse a equipos multidisciplinarios.

Buscamos un profesional ambicioso, creativo, lleno de iniciativa, que le guste trabajar en equipo, con extrema atención a los detalles, organizado, alguien con fuertes deseos de aprender y avanzar en su carrera.

Responsabilidades:

Comunicarse con el equipo de trabajo/disponibilidad para reuniones cuando se requiera. Realizar análisis e informes de gestión de actividades y resultados. Trabajar en equipo y capacidad para establecer excelentes relaciones interpersonales. Entregar proyectos en los tiempos establecidos. Otras responsabilidades que se vayan presentando.

Requisitos:

Estudios Mínimos: formación, entrenamientos, cursos, estudios en el área de redes sociales, marketing digital, social media, mundo digital. Edad comprendida entre 23 a 35 años (deseable). Experiencia mínima comprobable de 2 años en el área. Dominio Avanzado del uso de las plataformas de redes sociales: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, entre otras. Excelente habilidad comunicativa, tanto oral como escrita, para la realización de campañas de social media y copys creativos. Excelente capacidad de análisis y atención a los detalles. Poseer un teléfono iPhone (deseable). Habilidades para la organización, análisis y resolución de problemas. Proactivo, Responsable, disciplinado y orientado a las metas (IMPORTANTE). Habilidad para trabajar en equipo de forma eficiente y capacidad para establecer excelentes relaciones interpersonales. Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar bajo presión dentro de los tiempos de entrega. Muchas ganas de trabajar y aprender (INDISPENSABLE). Trabajo a tiempo completo de forma remota. Excelente conexión a internet (INDISPENSABLE).
