Job Description:
As a Hardware Validation Technician at Kelly Engineering Services, you will verify and validate Intel processors and platforms. Your role will involve recent platform/RVP experience and knowledge of the latest silicon, ensuring our products meet Intel's stringent quality and performance standards. Join our team to work on advanced debugging, comprehensive platform validation, and contribute to the future of hardware innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough and extensive testing of hardware platforms, including system-level tests and integration tests, to ensure all components function correctly together.
- Execute Advanced Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex hardware issues to ensure the functionality and reliability of products.
- RVP (Reference Validation Platform): RVPs are pre-production systems provided by Intel to help developers test and validate their software and hardware against Intel's upcoming products.
- Validate hardware platform, including CPUs, chipsets, and other critical components, ensuring compatibility and performance standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of validation processes, test results, and any issues encountered, providing valuable feedback for further development and improvement.
- Understand the design and functionality of Intel's latest CPUs, including new instruction sets, core designs, and performance features.
- Familiarity with the latest chipsets that support the new processors, including memory controllers, I/O interfaces, and integrated graphics.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and understanding of Intel validation processes.
