Audiometric Technician

Aloha Staffing is a leading healthcare staffing solutions provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We are seeking a qualified Hearing Test Technician with a CNA, LVN, or MA license to join our team.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing tests using advanced audiometric equipment
• Prepare and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Record and document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Support audiologists with patient assessments and evaluations, providing valuable insights and recommendations
• Educate patients on test procedures and hearing health, promoting informed decision-making
• Maintain a clean and organized testing environment, adhering to strict safety and health regulations
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service, exceeding expectations

• Current and valid CNA, LVN, or MA license
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in healthcare
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and assessment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
