Level 3 Validation and Support Technician
Folsom, California
Hourly Pay: $25/hr W2
Full benefits + paid time off
 

Ability to submit work request tickets and clearly document.
Ability to Support Customers and Internal Stakeholders as directed from Senior technical leadership in the lab.
With minimal guidance, perform ad hoc testing as requested by engineer or fellow technicians.
Interfacing with and informing customers and stakeholders regarding assigned items, test results and inventory processes.
Weekly reporting of test execution to Stakeholders.
Updating Domain Matrix.
Provides detailed change requests to department procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Identifying areas of improvement or risk regarding work tasks and make recommendations to lab management or lab staff as appropriate.
Able to aid and provide mentorship to lower-level technicians regarding their respective domain.
Provides first level triage and debug of domain specific execution halting errors in lab procedures and test environments.
