Experienced Administrative Professionals– we need your organizational and office management skills to fill a role in a fast paced social services officeRHA Behavioral Health is looking for motivated, detail oriented operations leaders with the ability to multitask to join our team as an Administrative Supervisor. In this dynamic role you supervise all administrative, accounting, certain service user related, and purchasing functions and ensure they are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Regional Business Manager and Director in the analysis of the unit’s financial performance, through the development, processing, and analysis of performance reports. Supervises and trains personnel involved in administrative duties, copays, insurance verifications, etc. Coordinates data and reporting, mages and covers time-off request for supervisees. Assists with services authorizations Supervises administrative operations Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business office while ensuring operational goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively. High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field, preferred Accounting experience, preferred Valid Driver’s license and automotive insurance Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsPre-employment screening:

(OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
