Reporting to an Account Director, the Account Supervisor is a critical thinker and strong organizer of work and people. Our new account supervisor will demonstrate exceptional client management, business strategy, strong integrated team development and a proven success record in growing existing businesses and securing net-new opportunities. Most importantly our account supervisor will help us shift into the national spotlight as an agency with a unique and enviable creative reputation.

Client Partnership, Business Development & A Desire to Make an Impact

You’ll partner closely with the Account Leadership and cross-agency team to support client communications to ensure the delivery of great work. This is a fantastic opportunity to orchestrate creative and media projects by facilitating work between client and internal stakeholders, managing projects from briefing through creative ideation, development and delivery. 

You’ll have a pulse on the client work and the team, continuously strategizing ways to elevate the business. You’ll be eager to bring people together and play a key role in building new best practices. Overall, you’re innately a people-person with a passion for juggling relationships with the client and project team. Most importantly you will help us shift into the national spotlight as an agency with a unique and enviable creative reputation.

What you’ll do:

Build rapport and credibility with day-to-day and senior-level clients based on trust and client engagement skill. Be engaged in the client’s business and category, staying abreast of competitors, product development and market trends, and sharing information with internal team members  Own development of proposals/presentations with input from account lead  Collaborate with the client, Account Director, strategy, and creative to develop creative briefs  Manage the creative development process from concept phase through to production Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategy and business objectives  Quickly and effectively resolve client problems/concerns to ensure client satisfaction  Lead internal and client meetings, presentations and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc.  Manage project scopes and budgets; alert client of financial and timing implications of their request(s); secure client approval to proceed; and revise budgets as needed  Stay alert for opportunities to grow client business; research client’s category and competitive landscape; define key strategic issues and opportunities for the brand/category and impact on client’s objectives; author POVs and strategies to address issues/opportunities and present to client  Uphold and deliver our agency’s core beliefs to strengthen our culture, product and attract people with different backgrounds and experiences to join our agency.
