As a recruiter, you are part of the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with business lines to support full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions across the organization. Additionally, you will partner with business lines to advise and counsel employees on opportunities and career planning activities.

Key Activities:

Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with business line management and implements practices and strategies accordingly. Monitors hiring needs and provides solutions to address turnover and/or growth. Creates sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing plans to identify qualified and diverse pools of candidates. May participate in external recruiting events. Screens candidates against defined job criteria and recommends applicants based upon analysis of applicant’s skills and/or conducts phone screens. Serve as a first-line resume review and phone screening for the team. In partnership with compensation and hiring managers, determines and extends employment offers.

Job Requirements:

Typically requires at least three or more years of relevant recruitment experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.

Location(s) : 

Hybrid, KC office 50% of the time.

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $63,200 to $86,900 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.

Sponsorship : Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
