We are seeking an experienced and motivated Instructional Designer Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent for instructional design positions, helping shape the future of education and training for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit high-quality instructional designers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for instructional design roles.

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best match for each role.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies in instructional design to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent, including job postings, networking events, and targeted outreach.

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified instructional design candidates for current and future opportunities.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on instructional design or related fields preferred.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with instructional design principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as an understanding of the educational and corporate training sectors.

  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
