Responsibilities

• Opportunity specific support and enablement for Partners:

• Validation of AD+/MSO

• Intake Qualification. – Validate, Coordinate test plan review with key stakeholders – Partner SE, Partner CS,

• Verify incentive qualification/registration (net new)

• Inform client core and specialist sellers

• Quote request/opportunity hand off to Partner

• Monitor Partner and Customer Experience, ensure hand off to CS for on Boarding

• Conversion tracking/End of Pilot/Pilot +90 days

• Coordinate tear down of environments to avoid billing issues

• Program level support:

• Pilot fund monitoring (overage avoidance) – is client too much/not enough

• Conversion tracking/End of Pilot/Pilot +90 days

• New logo tracking

• Coordinate with Accelerate team for consolidated billing against Tech Val Fund. Monitor Balance

• Other duties as assigned.
