As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and accountants
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Cost Control
    • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
    • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and opportunities
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry
    • Proven track record of managing projects to budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Skills
    • Strong project management and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, Viewpoint, CIS, or similar applications
