Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

· Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified quality standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

· Monitor project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

· Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.

· Ensure that all project deliverables meet organizational quality standards and comply with industry best practices.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.

· Continuously assess project management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory, security, and organizational requirements, while providing accurate reporting on project status to leadership.

· This is a hybrid-eligible position and requires up to 20% domestic travel.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects. Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.

· Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.com) and familiarity with IT systems, networking, and infrastructure.

· Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as hybrid approaches to project management.

· Ability to lead and inspire project teams, providing direction and motivation to achieve project goals.

· Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

· Proficiency in managing project budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
