Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile GRIR accounts
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable clearing accounts
  • Assist with the research and reporting of Unclaimed Property
  • Lead the Accounts Payable audit with the assistance of a third-party AP audit company
  • Provide analytical support to the AP Manager
  • Help to develop and maintain AP policies and procedures
  • Ensure current policy and procedures are followed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Must be well-organized, detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Understanding of Unclaimed Property rules and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting preferred
  • AP experience a plus
