We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Lakeville, Minnesota, in the Food & Food Processing Industry. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to account coding, accounting software systems, and accounts payable.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Manage the account coding process to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and management

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and accounts payable information

• Handle accrual accounting tasks and auditing as required

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions

• Navigate Concur and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for effective account management

• Oversee Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and ensure their accuracy

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on their status.

• Proficiency in Account Coding is a must.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Knowledge of Concur software is necessary.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is desired.
• Understanding and experience in handling Accounting Functions are crucial.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is important.
• Auditing skills are a significant plus.
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is beneficial.
