What You will Be Doing:  

Reporting into the COO, you will be overseeing the day to day management of HR in the company, including the management of a team of 2 HR professionals.  Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement people solution  Implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation  Provide people analytics and HR metrics to support effective people related decision making  Ensure employee relation cases are managed in a timely, professional, and legal manner  Optimise our HRIS and procedures ensuring consistency and efficiency. Lead the performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures

What You will Need

An ambition to manage your own team Proven experience in a high growth Company People oriented, and results driven  CIPD level 5 or above and or equivalent experience Logical and analytical thinking style Flexibility and adaptability Exceptional knowledge of employment law Great IT skills with experience of MS Office applications Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of HR best practices Ideally degree educated in Human Resources or related field.
