Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various human resources functions within the organization. This position will collaborate closely with department heads and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues promptly and effectively.

Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and deliver onboarding programs that provide new employees with the training and resources they need to succeed.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment team, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to Hiring Managers

HR Policy Implementation:

Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance.

Performance Management:

Collaborate with managers to support the performance management process.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

Address benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.

Employee Engagement:

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Generate HR reports as needed for management review.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
5+ years of proven experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.
